On the Premium and Enterprise plans there is no cap on reports or groups. Publish every report your teams produce and organize them into as many groups as your structure demands - per department, per client or per use case.
Lower tiers come with sensible limits: Starter includes 5 reports and dashboards and 10 groups, and Standard includes 100 reports and dashboards and 200 groups. Reports and dashboards count toward the same content limit. Premium and Enterprise remove the numbers entirely, so scale stops being a licensing question and becomes a simple matter of publishing.
Every group carries its own membership and permissions, so a bigger portal never means a messier one - each user still sees a focused, curated view of exactly the content meant for them.
