The limitation is that everyone in the channel sees the same report page. If the report uses Row-Level Security, each person sees their own filtered view — but they all need to actively click the tab to look at it. The data does not come to them.

Sharing Links in Conversations

1. Create a new playlist in PowerBI Robots.
2. Under Delivery Channel, select Webhook.
3. Choose whether to deliver to a channel or to individual users in chat.

5. For individual delivery: add each recipient’s Teams identity or email.
6. Select a report on the Visuals page.
7. Set the schedule and enable RLS-based delivery if you want each person to see their own data.
8. Enable AI Summary if you want the key figures summarised in the message body.
9. Send a test to confirm the delivery lands correctly before activating.
